We're on her time now.

September has arrived!  Now it's a waiting game and we're on her time.  The official due date is September 12th, but we are hoping to meet Hannah a little early....?!  Two of Jonathan's best friends from high school and their wives recently had babies (all of our due dates were within three weeks of each other) and they have both been blessed with happy and healthy newborns already!  We'll see if Hannah cooperates or if she is having too much fun incubating, poking her mom under her mom's ribs, and pushing out mom's stomach as she says hi to dad.

We are both pleased to have cooler weather here, since we spent a good amount of time hanging-out in the basement every evening during the week with several consecutive days of 90+ degree weather. 

Other updates: the office is finished (!), Hannah's dresser/changing table has been painted and is loaded with her clothes, and Sarah's gardens are looking less sparse, all because Jim and Dayle came down to work last Wednesday.  Thank you!  This past weekend, we had lovely dinner parties with the girls (you know who you are!) on Friday and with B and A on Sunday.  We really appreciate you all driving down to visit and can't believe that the next time we see you, Hannah will be here!  Saturday evening was reserved to watch Netflix, "The Juror", which we enjoyed and recommend.  

We plan to lay low until our little friend joins us, since it could be any day now!
