Mom/Sarah's birthday weekend

Hannah ready to present Mom with one of her Birthday gifts.

You will notice in this picture that Mason has found his feet and that he LIKES them (a lot!)! Hannah is presenting Mom with her birthday card. If you enlarge the picture, you may be able to see that Hannah has signed her name with an "H" -- this is something she's been doing for about two months now!

Mom and Mason Man.

Mason helped Mom open packages. Mason's hair is still very light, much lighter than Hannah's was. In some of these pictures it looks like it has red tones in it. He is wearing a beautiful sweater, knit by Great G'ma Gerda. Thank you, GGG!

Thankfully, Hannah was a great contributor to this cause.

Look, even Mason is learning to smile for the camera!!! Thank you all for making my birthday so special. Mom, thank you for the delicious cake that you helped Hannah bake!

QUOTES FROM THE KIDS:

Hannah to Mom: Umm, I think Zelda can paint my toenails.

Mom to Hannah: "Auntie Kristi sent you something and she said it may be in the mail today. Should we go check?"
Hannah to Mom: "Zelda wrote to me. She holds the pen in her mouth."

Mom to Hannah: "This is the comb that Nanny gave you. We should write her a thank-you note."
Hannah to Mom: "Umm, Nanny is really nice."

In the flying princess picture, Hannah and Jonathan's eyes smile the same way. In the Happy Birthday pictures of Sarah and Mason, their faces and smiles are the same! Like Father/like daughter. Like Mother/like son. Cute!

You guys are one cute family! Love the pic of Jonathan holding princess Hannah. And Mason looks like he's just quietly taking it all in. Can't wait to get out there in April. I have only 3 objectives for that trip: Hold my Godson, play with Hannah and try to remember all of the hilarious things she says, and see you two!

Thanks again for posting and keeping us all in touch!
