reason we chose the Currier on New Years was because of the MC Escher
exhibit, but there happened to be a huge New Years celebration going on,

SNOW DAY! YEAH!
We
created a snow house/fort. This fort came complete with a sun room, an
office, a playroom, garage, and many bedrooms. We spent so long
creating the house that we spent less time playing in it.
Mason decided to make a little tunnel from one room to another.
Dad baked and frosted a delicious carrot cake for Mom's birthday. What a special guy.
More fun in the snow, different day.
After
Dad's car was rear-ended on the highway, and declared a total loss,
Mason and Mom took the Toyota Rav4 (his "new" car) to Uno's to have it
cleaned inside and out. During the cleaning, we did something we rarely
do: go out for lunch!
Hands-down, Mason's favorite part was the ice cream Sundae.
A new experience for our crew: bowling, and in this case, candle-pin bowling. They had a blast and so did we!

this particular Saturday, we hit the Peak early afternoon, skied and
then went tubing! After tubing, we grabbed some dinner in the pub. It
was a special day.
