Hannah looking a lot like Jonathan's Aunt Kathy in this picture....

Good morning, sunshine!

Look at the curls!

Hannah's hand-eye coordination has become very good. She is now putting these pieces with great ease.

"My Daddy, pick-up My Angel"
This was what Hannah said this morning, asking Dad to pick her up (Jonathan often calls her "My [his] Angel").

Hannah has been sporting a single pony-tail until now. This is the first day with piggy tails!
On one of the unbearably humid days, Hannah and Beatrice played in the basement while we visited with Nanny and Gramps!
Hannah even got to watch one of her Leap Frog learning videos! The "O" says "ahhhhh!"

Deep in thought. What should I do with this chicky!?

I'm a big girl now!

Artist in her element

Hannah often refers to Jonathan as "My Daddy" (ie. "Hi, My Daddy").

She loves to wear this hat, which reminds me of Grandpa Drescher, because he always wore one like it.
Hannah meets Cousin Grace and she loved her immediately. She is beginning to find babies very intriguing. We can only hope that this interest is maintained in September when she has to share center-stage with Baby Mason!

Beginning of wedding weekend extravaganza: the bride in preparation!

and looking beautiful!
Joy joined us for the fun times!
Time to put on the gown!

She stunning, isn't she?

And so is the little flower girl ;)

Hannah adores Aunt Nicki and appreciated the time Nicki spent to say hi to her while everyone was running around trying to get dressed!
Aunt Nicki, you are a beautiful bride and you have a radiant smile!
Made it to the pictures! The pictures were taken in a picturesque little garden with a fountain outside of the Inn. Clearly, I need to learn how to prevent the wash-out look with my camera....

Say cheese!
She looks like a movie star even in candid shots!
What a handsome couple

Searching for the next perfect picture!
Hurry up and wait....that's what the wedding day is all about, right?!
Daddy and Hannah looking at the fish and frogs in the fountain water
I think that they found something!

This was at about 1pm....typically NAP time in our house! Incredibly, Hannah made it until 6pm without much fuss, and then she indicated being tired by lying on the floor at the reception.
The beautiful cake, with the water in the distance. Clearly, I need to learn how to prevent the silhouette effect with my new camera, too!

There we go! The cake was a scrumptious, poppy seed cake with cream-cheese frosting.
The appetizers ranged from baked brie and bread, to pita chips and hummus, to fruit and raosted veggies, and also crab rangoon. What a fantastic spread!
Can you believe these guys? Look at all of these handmade cutting boards. As Jonathan joked, "I've never been to a wedding where the favor was worth more than the gift we gave!"
The flowers at the reception were beautiful, but the bouquets that Nicole designed were exquisite!
DJ
Tables. Notice the table runners that Nicole made! Again, the special details that went into this wedding and reception were specular and outstanding.
Table placards represented different places that B and N have traveled to together.

Hannah was particularly fond of the appetizers.

You'll notice in these two pictures that the flowers decorating the cake were the same as those in the bouquets! Again, the attention to detail was unique and very special.
Breakfast the next morning.
Overlooking the lake

Continental breakfast for everyone.

Hannah had a lot of fun with Cohen!

Hannah not only loved the cheese at breakfast, but also loved playing on the ramp in the breakfast room.

Hannah is HAPPY when swimming with Daddy!

Hannah is sitting with me and just labelled this one "Uncle Shane, Cousin Grace"
Hannah really enjoyed her time playing with Emily as they built a castle (or, was it a pancake?!).

Holding the precious little bundle!
Out goes the boat again!
Gramps, Aunt Jane and Nanny watch the water activities from a comfortable perch on their porch :)
Hugs for Dad. Big surprise there :)
Mormor and GP had a beautiful setup for the BBQ on the day after the wedding!
Everyone had a great time visiting.

My Daddy "ith" me
The pig.

"Gramps, take the hair off corn!" Hannah said, about some silk residue on her ear of corn!
Hannah is still afraid of Uncle Carl's mustache, and from the look on Shane's face, it seems that he might be, too!
BBQ time!
All smiles here!
Look at this fantastic crew!

Kristin, are you ready for one of these?!

The girls, swinging.
4 Eagle Scouts :)

Hannah's elegant side braid to hold her bangs back at the BBQ is adorable! Good job with special details, Mom!
