Sam and Mason decided to follow the alphabet on this poster and using stickers, they formed the alphabet on their own piece of paper.

 Swim lessons at Copoco with NH Swim were a fantastic experience.

 Hannah's first day of school, August 26th.  Big first grader, now!

She certainly looks comfortable and ready to go!

 Whale Watch out of Gloucester, MA.

The three loves of my life.  Ready for a day with intense sun on the water!

We had a beautiful day for the trip, mid-70s with a breeze on the water.

We saw several different humpback whales many times.

 

On our way out to the whale viewing site, we saw this sun-fish.  So named because it likes to lounge at the water's surface.  We learned that it is the largest bony fish in the sea!  It was incredibly ugly and very prehistoric looking.

Whale watch love.  These kids were patient, given that we spent more than 6 hours on the boat, with probably only 1 of those hours filled with watching whales.  Nonetheless, we decided it was well worth it!

Life is good.  "The good life is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge." (-Bertrand Russell) Glad this guy is my partner!

Playing a game with rules and turns confirmed that these three are well on their way to succeed at team work.  The conversation was mature and calm, as they enjoyed navigating their way through Candy Land!

It's so exciting when your child learns how to ride a bike: he/she is proud and it empowers them to try something else they didn't think they could conquer.  Hooray!
